At TCK, we take pride in the quality of our gourmet products, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a 14-day window for returns and replacements. Due to the perishable nature of our food items, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or consumed.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of any damaged items.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your claim and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Pack Your Items
Ensure the items are in their original, unopened packaging and place them securely in a shipping box with the RMA number clearly marked.
Processing & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund or ship out a replacement within 3-5 business days.
